(CercleFinance.com) – BIC announces that it has signed an agreement to be able to acquire the entire capital of AMI (Advanced Magnetic Interaction), a French company specializing in augmented interaction technology.
Completion of the acquisition nevertheless remains subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions. Closing is expected before the end of the third quarter of 2022.
Founded in 2014, the AMI company uses magnetometric technology in an unprecedented way to allow precise real-time tracking of tracks, without on-board electronics in the devices.
This technology responds to growing consumer demand for easy-to-use, durable and secure digital accessories.
