By typing in the address of their pirated content provider, subscribers to this illegal service were certainly not expecting to be redirected to another site. Certainly, the latter offers exactly the same service, namely the streaming of Japanese animation of all styles and from all eras, an illicit Crunchy Roll in short, but its name as its interface are entirely different. Zoro.to was an illegal video streaming site in operation for about two years. The platform seems to have been spared by the authorities, which is quite strange when we see how virulently the rights holders are attacking platforms, even nascent ones, which broadcast pirated content in Europe and the United States. As explained by Torrent Freak, the fact that Aniwatch (formerly Zoro therefore) broadcasts only Japanese and Asian cartoons probably means that the authorities are not too interested in it.
