(AOF) – The American fund Bain is examining “very closely” a takeover of Atos assets, says Les Echos, which recalls that the deadline for submitting offers is set for this evening. This press information allows the stock to increase by 6.49% to 2.151 euros. Earlier this week, BFM Business claimed that businessman Daniel Kretinstky was going to submit a takeover offer for the struggling IT group.
By announcing at the start of the week the purchase of Atos’ strategic activities, the French state opened the door to non-French offers.
