The Bilendi group thus occupies 2 of the 3 first positions according to a survey conducted by the German media Marktforschung.de dedicated to market research, among the most recognized players in the market.
This survey, carried out every 3 years, was conducted between 2021 and 2022 to assess 23 panel providers including Bilendi and respondi. 444 market research professionals, of all types (research institutes, end customers, service providers), took part in the evaluation of the panel companies on the basis of defined criteria, including: their added value in terms of advice, the quality-price ratio, the quality of the panels provided, the overall quality of the services, speed, quality of service, reliability as well as innovation and creativity.
On all the evaluation criteria used, Bilendi and Respondi come out on top of the best panel suppliers in all categories. The 2 companies stand out particularly in terms of value for money, whose scores are among the highest in the sample, but also in terms of reliability, quality of services and panels.
