It is not a letter that the cast and crew of the film were informed of the suspension of filming this Monday, April 18. “Late last week we were made aware of a complaint and immediately investigated it. After reviewing the circumstances, it has been decided that production cannot continue at this time.“, can we read in this press release released by the American magazine. Several sources have confirmed that this complaint, filed last week, would not concern Aziz Ansari or the other star of the feature film, Seth Rogen. Only Bill Murray would therefore be targeted. The filming of the film, which is an adaptation of a best-selling book by Harvard professor Atul Gawande (Being Mortal: Medicine and What Matters in the End), had started on March 28 and was halfway through, for a slated release in 2023.

The behavior of Bill Murray already singled out

This is not the first time that Bill Murray has been talked about on set or on the sidelines of sets. Year ago, the actress lucy liu broke the silence to report an altercation she allegedly had with the comedian during a rehearsal for Charlie’s Angels in 2000.
