Bill & Ted 3: Everything you need to know about seeing Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter again

Hoschis watch out: "Bill & Ted 3" will only be in German cinemas for one day. All information about Keanu Reeves Comedy Time Travel can be found here.

In the late 80s and early 90s, Keanu Reeves (56) made a career for which he now hardly stands. Instead of beating up Agent Smith as a Neo in the "Matrix", as John Wick knocking down rows of thugs, even before he had to stop an unstoppable bus in "Speed" in 1994, he made a name for himself as a comedy actor at the beginning of his career. One particularly silly and iconic comedy is now over 30 years old – "Bill & Ted's crazy journey through time". On September 25th (and only there!) Part three of the time travel slap will hit German cinemas. With faces in the truest sense of the word and a few new ones too.

The sound makes the music – that's what it's all about

The stakes are higher than ever for the two time-traveling heroes William "Bill" S. Preston Esq. (Alex Winter, 55) and Theodore "Ted" Logan (Reeves). Because in order to fulfill their rock 'n roll destiny, the now aging best friends have to embark on a new adventure: They receive a warning from the future that only their music can save life as we know it . Along the way, they will get help from their daughters, a new series of historical figures and also from a few music legends – in search of the song that will bring their world back into balance and bring the universe into harmony.

Forecast: nonsense overkill for the young at heart Hoschis

In the first part, the two title characters and hobby rockers drove up Napoleon, Billy the Kid, Socrates and Abraham Lincoln to use them as contemporary witnesses for a lecture. Part two from 1991 put one thing on top of the lovable nonsense scale: defeating enemy robots, extraterrestrials, a visit to God and the awkward death at Twister. The latter, played again by William Sadler (70), joins the two knockers again in the third part. In contrast to comedian George Carlin, who played the time traveler Rufus in the two previous parts. Sadler died of heart failure in 2008.

For this, as already mentioned, Bill and Ted get help for the first time. Brigette Lundy-Paine (26) and Samara Weaving (28) play the two daughters Billie and Thea and, like their old men, will travel through world history with the time travel telephone booth. Any Hoschis who still enjoy parts one and two should feel at home with Bill and Ted's silly return.

Bad and good news for all fans: The return to the "Wyld Stallyns" wall is an incredibly short one. The undynamic duo can only be seen on German screens on September 25th. As a consolation, you don't have to wait too long for other alternatives to see the strip after all. The comedy will be released on Blu-ray and DVD as early as November 12th.
