The final phase of the Billie Jean King Cup will be organized in Seville, Spain, this year as well as in 2024. It will be played from November 7 to 12. The ITF has confirmed that an option exists for the 2025 edition. A total of twelve nations will take part in the competition.

The Spanish city of Seville (south) will host the final phase of the Billie Jean King Cup 2023 (November 7-12) and the next, the International Tennis Federation (ITF), organizer of the women’s national team competition, announced on Wednesday. . The twelve participating nations will therefore be Switzerland, winner in 2022, and Australia, finalist last year, as well as the nine nations that qualified in April (France, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Slovenia, Spain and the United States) and Poland invited.

Draw on May 24

These twelve teams will initially be brought together in four groups of three, after a draw to be carried out on May 24, specifies the ITF. The winner of each group will qualify for the knockout semi-finals.
