It was only in August that Bindi Irwin (22), daughter of the late documentary filmmaker Steve Irwin (1962-2006, "The Crocodile Hunter"), announced that she was expecting her first child. Now Irwin and her husband Chandler Powell (23) have revealed the gender of the baby, who will be born in 2021, via Instagram.
"We can't wait for you to arrive!"
"Baby girl, you are our world," the conservation activist and TV notoriety posted in response to a photo she and Powell with a giant tortoise and a recent ultrasound image of the unborn baby. So it is clear: it will be a girl. "Our beautiful daughter is now about the size of a hatched Aldabra turtle and as healthy as possible. We can hardly wait for her to arrive next year," continues the 22-year-old, explaining the animal in the picture. Irwin and Powell got married at Australia Zoo earlier this year.
