Biocontrol: Amoéba has acquired the land which will house its Cavaillon factory – 09/22/2023 at 6:13 p.m.


(AOF) – Amoéba confirms the progress of its production site project dedicated to the biocontrol application and announces the signing of the deed of purchase of the land intended to accommodate this factory in Cavaillon in Vaucluse. This industrial biotech specializing in the treatment of microbiological risk emphasizes that the Usibiam project (Amoéba Biocontrol Factory) is completing its industrialization phase with a view to marketing its biocontrol solutions in early 2025.

This large-scale industrial project, costing around 45 million euros over the period 2023-2025 (23 million in investments and 22 million in operational expenses), already benefits from the support of Bpifrance to the tune of 5.9 million euros as part of the France 2030 program. Amoéba also announced financing of 9 million euros in the form of simple bonds with the Swiss company Nice & Green. The group continues to seek additional financing

Nothing is going well for German chemistry

German chemicals, very dependent on Russian gas, are in difficulty.
