(CercleFinance.com) – Biosynex announces the acquisition of the ‘eye care’ activity of Innoxa laboratories, thus strengthening the division of the Biosynex group and opening up a new market, that of eye comfort care, both in France and internationally.
Biosynex stresses that this market is accelerating in particular with the aging of the population (increased fragility of the eyes and ocular dryness) and the growing exposure of the population to screens (computers and mobile phones).
The scope includes a full range of care products (sprays, eye drops, etc.) to treat irritated, red or tired eyes and cleaning products for contact lenses and glasses.
Biosynex intends to deploy these new ranges of care products in its large network of pharmacies in France, and through its subsidiaries throughout the European market.
