  • Mega casting news at “Black Mirror”.
  • “Breaking Bad” star Aaron Paul and well-known Marvel productions Zazie Beetz and Danny Ramirez join Season 6 of the Netflix series.
  • Paul may even appear in a sequel to the legendary episode “USS Callister.”

A good two months ago, the 6th season of the dystopian anthology series “Black Mirror” was officially confirmed by Netflix. So, after a long wait of three years, the gritty sci-fi show is about to return – and it’s about to an illustrious cast of actors announced for Season 6.

According to this, “Breaking Bad” icon Aaron Paul will be part of Season 6 (via Variety). Marvel stars Zazie Beetz (“Deadpool 2”) and Danny Ramirez (“The Falcon and The Winter Soldier”) are also honored in the new “Black Mirror” episodes.

Also in attendance are: Kate Mara (“A Teacher”), Josh Hartnett (“Penny Dreadful”), Paapa Essiedu (“I May Destroy You”), Clara Rugaard (“I Am Mother”), Auden Thornton (” This is Us”) and Anjana Vasan (“Killing Eve”).

“Black Mirror” season 6: Will the episode “USS Callister” be continued now?

Such a huge array of stars is really not uncommon in “Black Mirror”. So only in the last season were singer Miley Cyrus and Marvel star Anthony Mackie (“Captain America 4”) part of the ensemble of the Netflix series.

Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul is rumored to be starring in a sequel to the four-time Emmy-winning episode USS Callister. Because already in the last moments of this legendary “Black Mirror” episode, the USS Callister, now commanded by Captain Cole (Cristin Milioti), met a second player named Gamer691, who Aaron Paul lent his voice to in the English original.

Series creator Charlie Brooker has not previously ruled out sequels to older “Black Mirror” episodes.
