This cheesecake is super easy to make
Made from cream cheese, white chocolate and eggs, this 3-ingredient cheesecake is super quick to prepare and will delight anyone with a sweet tooth.
Wonderfully fluffy and wonderfully creamy – if you want to bake a simple cheesecake, this recipe is only three ingredients away. Made from cream cheese, white Chocolate and eggs are mixed in no time at all to form a quick dough, which then bakes in the oven until golden brown.
The 3-ingredient cake can be stored in the fridge for up to five days and guarantees a sweet break. As a topping, ripe fruit from stock, such as apples, berries or mangoes, gives it a fruity aroma. It can either be pureed as a sauce or put in small pieces over the cheesecake – for an extra dose of vitamins.
Recipe: Quick 3-ingredient cheesecake
The ingredients for a small cake:
- 100 grams of white chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 100 g cream cheese (double cream level)
The preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C top and bottom heat and lightly grease a small springform pan (16 cm diameter).
- Melt the chocolate over a warm water bath and allow to cool slightly.
- Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites and set aside. Mix the egg yolks with the room-temperature chocolate.
- Now add the cream cheese to the egg and chocolate mix and stir to form a homogeneous dough.
- Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the cake mixture and fill the whole thing into the springform pan.
- Bake the 3-ingredient cheesecake for 20 minutes. Then turn the temperature down to 150 °C and bake for another ten minutes.
- Turn off the oven and let the cake rest in it for another 15 minutes – then remove and let cool completely.
