A management-administration teacher from the Sonia-Delaunay high school in Blois (Loir-et-Cher) defenestrated herself on the morning of this Friday, March 11, in the middle of class. She was taken to the city hospital.

Aged about fifty, the teacher would have climbed on a radiator before jumping into the void, from her class, located on the second floor.

A crisis cell
The students present, fifteen in all, were taken care of by a psychological unit. According to the newspaper La Nouvelle République, a crisis unit has also been set up.
The academic director assures that “DSDEN teams for students and teachers and we have received support from the medical-psychological emergency unit of the Samu”.
