Bluelinea, a major operator of the “Silver Economy” sector in France, presents its 2021 turnover, growing organically by 9% to € 7,425,000.

This turnover does not include the acquisition of the company Securitas Téléassistance, finalized on December 31, 2021 at midnight, which allows Bluelinea to pass the milestone of 50,000 families supported on a daily basis and rise to the Top 5 on the French tele-assistance market. This change in dimension will lead to very strong growth in turnover from the 1

Bluelinea recorded steady growth throughout 2021 despite operational activity still largely disrupted by the consequences of the health crisis. Thanks to the added value of its offers, whether in the context of home care thanks to connected health objects or the digitization of healthcare establishments, Bluelinea has been able to attract a growing number of customers for its two activities by remaining focused on its two priorities:

caring for the elderly and assisting caregivers

The Senior & Home division, bringing together the B2C activity, recorded organic growth of 5%, driven by the successful integration of 10,000 subscriptions from a group of 12 personal assistance associations on the platform

HELP

24/7 remote assistance. The activity came both from direct subscriptions, facilitated by the complete digitization of the subscription process, and from partners (50 associative, private and mutualist structures to date) in the context of “white label” subscriptions.

The B2B activity of the Establishments division experienced more sustained growth of 15%, thanks to the growing success of the offer

. This solution, which now equips nearly 300 establishments in France, improves the quality of caregiver services, both in EHPAD, Seniors Services & Hospitals Residences and in new inclusive housing formats and shared accommodation between seniors.
