(Boursier.com) — The concert consisting of Apicil Mutuelle and Apicil Prévoyance has filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) its draft information note relating to the simplified public tender offer for the shares ordinary Bluelinea and stock warrants.
The offer is open for a period of 10 trading days at a price of 1.15 euro per Bluelinea share and 0.01 euro per Bluelinea share subscription warrant.
The timetable for the offer will be set by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers in accordance with its general regulations.
