(Boursier.com) — Already winner of the SIMI Grand Prix in the Renovated Building or Particularly Innovative Redevelopment category as well as the ‘Fimbacte Or’ Trophy in the Renovation category, Métal 57, building resulting from the conversion of the iconic workshop Renault into a tertiary building responding to new ways of using offices, won the prestigious ‘Mipim Award’ in the ‘Best refurbished building’ category.
