BOA Concept, specialist in the design, manufacturing and marketing of innovative solutions – robotics and software – dedicated to intralogistics (FR0011365907 – ALBOA), announces that it has signed a new liquidity contract with the stockbroking company Invest Securities, which will take effective Thursday, November 9, 2023 in the morning.
This liquidity contract was concluded in accordance with the decision of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) n°2021-01 of June 22, 2021, applicable since July 1, 2021, establishing liquidity contracts on equity securities under accepted market practice.
For the implementation of the contract concluded with Invest Securities, the following resources have been allocated to the liquidity account:
• 1,887 securities transferred from the old liquidity contract,
• €23,781.28 in cash from the old liquidity contract.
It is recalled that, during the half-yearly balance sheet as of June 30, 2023, the following resources appeared in the liquidity account:
• 1,614 titles,
• €31,860.78.
