(AOF) – Boostheat, a French industrial player in energy efficiency, announces that it has raised funds of 500,000 euros by drawing 1 tranches of 200 ORAs, for a nominal value of 500,000 euros, subscribed by Impact Tech Turnaround Opportunities (ITTO). This fundraising is intended to continue financing the turnaround plan. This issue of ORA could give rise to the creation of 7,704,160 new shares based on the last listed price. The participation of a shareholder holding 1% of the capital prior to these drawdowns would be 0.69%.
