(Boursier.com) — Bouygues lost another 2.5% to 26.3 euros at the end of the session, on a floor of one year. The conglomerate, which at the beginning of the week finalized the acquisition of Equans for 6.1 billion euros and has thereby become a world leader in the buoyant market of multi-technical services, is considering selling certain assets of Equals. According to ‘Bloomberg’ sources, Bouygues is working with various advisers on the potential divestment of Equans’ district heating and electric car charging networks in the UK and the Netherlands.
The assets could have a combined value of up to €1 billion. They could attract infrastructure funds and strategic buyers, the agency’s sources say. Deliberations are said to be ongoing and no final decision has been taken by Bouygues.
