BPCE: appointment of a new management board


(CercleFinance.com) – The Supervisory Board, meeting under the chairmanship of Thierry Cahn, unanimously approved today, on the proposal of Nicolas Namias, Chairman of the BPCE Management Board, the appointment of a new Management Board for a duration of four years from February 3.

Béatrice Lafaurie, General Manager Human Resources, member of the Management Board, has been reappointed.

Hélène Madar is appointed Managing Director of Retail Banking and Insurance, member of the Management Board; She is currently Chief Executive Officer of Banque Populaire du Nord.

Jérôme Terpereau is appointed Chief Financial Officer, member of the Management Board. He is currently Managing Director of Retail Banking and Insurance, succeeding Jean-François Lequoy, who will exercise his retirement rights on May 1 and will remain on the General Management Committee until that date.

The new BPCE General Management Committee is now made up of Nicolas Namias, Chairman of the Management Board; Béatrice Lafaurie, General Manager Human Resources, member of the Management Board; Hélène Madar, Managing Director of Retail Banking and Insurance, member of the Management Board; Jérôme Terpereau, Chief Financial Officer, member of the Management Board; Laurent Benatar, Chief Technology and Operations Officer; Jacques Beyssade, general secretary of the group; François Codet, Managing Director Insurance; Jean-François Lequoy, until May 1, 2023; Franck Leroy, Group Chief Risk Officer; Catherine Halberstadt, Managing Director Financial Solutions and Expertise; Stéphanie Paix, Managing Director Global Financial Services and Yves Tyrode, Managing Director Digital and Payments.
