The friends Brad Pitt and Bradley Cooper, plus Alec Baldwin and Rami Malek. At the final of the US Open, almost half of Hollywood was in the stands.

But Brad Pitt and Bradley Cooper weren’t the only movie stars at Arthur Ashe Stadium. The historic prospect of seeing Novak Djokovic win the first real Grand Slam since 1969 attracted even more celebrities to the arena than the finals of the four major tournaments (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, US Open) usually do anyway. Djokovic lost in three sets, but the Hollywood greats experienced a gripping game anyway.
Rami Malek, Alec Baldwin and more
Rami Malek (40) was only two places next to Bradley Cooper, with an unknown gentleman between him. The actor, who won the Oscar for his portrait of the Queen singer Freddie Mercury (1946-1991), can be seen as the villain in the new James Bond film “No Time to Die” from September 30, 2021.
Only a few rows away from the three stars, Alec Baldwin (63) watched the match. Also seen in the stands were presenter and actor James Corden (43), Mimin Lupita Nyong’o (38, Oscar for “12 Years a Slave”) and director Spike Lee (64).
Pitt and Cooper: Big Pals
Brad Pitt and Bradley Cooper have long been close friends. Both are said to have supported each other when their marriages broke up, with Angelina Jolie (46) and Irina Shayk (35).
When Cooper presented Pitt with an award for his supporting role in “Once Upon A Time in Hollywood” at the National Board of Review Awards in January 2020, Pitt thanked his colleague for his help in overcoming his alcohol addiction Helped break up with Jolie.
