New chapter in the fight about the kids? Brad Pitt will share custody of their children with Angelina Jolie 50/50 in the future.

Brad Pitt (57) and Angelina Jolie (45) will apparently share custody of their children 50/50 in the future. A US court is said to have determined this in a preliminary ruling, as several US media unanimously report. This means that Pitt can spend significantly more time with their children.

“Brad was given significantly more time with the kids”

In the matter is it according to “People” for custody of the still minors Pax (17), Zahara (16), Shiloh (14), Vivienne and Knox (12 each). Maddox (19), the oldest child of the two, is therefore no longer part of the custody dispute. It is also not yet clear whether the judgment is already legally binding. Says a source, “Brad was given significantly more time with the kids. Before that, he had a very limited amount of time.”

The “Page Six” said an anonymous sourcethat there had been a “significant change” in the custody agreement. The actor had therefore “only tried to get more time with his children”. On the other hand, according to the insider, it is “obvious that Angie did everything possible to prevent this.”

It remains to be seen whether this court decision will stick. So far, none of the parties has publicly commented on the matter. The former Hollywood dream couple had been in a relationship since 2005 and also married since 2014. The two-part divorce process has been running since 2016 – while they have been officially divorced since 2019.
