Keyrus does not treat himself to vacations but to a business in Brazil. The consulting firm, specializing in solutions related to data and digital, announces that it has taken a majority stake in the capital of Codeby.

This Brazilian firm, specializing in e-commerce consulting, has 80 employees and a turnover of 2.5 million dollars (as a reminder, Keyrus’ sales amounted to 261 million in 2020). Its client portfolio is about thirty companies and Codeby is in close partnership with VTEX, a SaaS (Software as a Service) e-commerce platform, which refers to a model where software is installed on remote servers rather than on the user’s machine, by paying a subscription to use them).

This acquisition represents a strategic opportunity to partner to VTEX, explains the analysis office Portzamparc, ” expanding its portfolio and strengthening its leadership in B2B and B2C digital commerce solutions and Marketplace implementations “.

Keyrus is also counting on complementarities with its new subsidiary, ” in terms of digital portfolio, technology partners, geographies and corporate culture to strengthen its position in Latin America, but also, and above all, to accelerate its practice of digital commerce.

The action gained 1.57% on the stock market, to 3.24 euros.
