(Boursier.com) — New progress in supporting transitions for Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels, the subsidiary of the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa group dedicated to financing companies, institutions and real estate professionals. To better support its customers’ transition projects, the bank is launching its new “Arkéa Impulse” loan. Brest Métropole Habitat (Bmh) is the first to take out a loan of 10 ME over 25 years, in order to improve the energy performance of more than 600 homes in Finistère. Objective: to move from an E, F or G label to A, B, C by 2030.

Building on the success of its “Arkéa PACT” impact loans, totaling more than 1 billion in commitments since 2020, Arkéa Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels is moving up a notch to support its customers in their sustainable projects and create a virtuous circle between financing and responsible investments. It is launching a full range of products based on ESG criteria and extra-financial performance, including “Arkéa Impulse”.

“Arkéa Impulse” is based on a methodology and indicators that measure the positive impact of well-identified environmental and societal transition projects. This new credit offer has been designed to enable the borrower to benefit from an interest rate bonus upon entry.
