First lady of France since Emmanuel Macron was elected President of the Republic for the first time in 2017, Brigitte Macron is also the President of the Hospital Foundation. A position which gives him the responsibility each year of overseeing the famous Yellow Pieces operation. As a reminder, Brigitte Macron took over from former First Lady Bernadette Chirac at the head of the Hospital Foundation in 2019. As in 2023, Emmanuel Macron’s wife staged herself with the famous host of TF1 Camille Combal, to ensure the promotion of Operation Yellow Pieces. A sketch was thus revealed on Saturday January 6, 2024 by the first channel on its account Instagram. In the latter, Camille Combal reveals having found a lot of equipment to allow hospitalized children to play sports, in front of the startled look of Brigitte Macron. For his part, the coach of the French football team, Didier Deschamps, appears to reveal that Camille Combal has in fact “pique” all the facilities in Clairefontaine. As a reminder, Didier Deschamps is the godfather of the Yellow Pieces operation.

Subsequently, it was the turn of comedian Kad Merad to appear in this famous sketch. Playing the role of a doctor, he pretended not to recognize Brigitte Macron, Camille Combal and Didier Deschamps. “They are strong, they hired lookalikes of Camille Combal, Brigitte Macron and Didier Deschamps. They can’t be everywhere, that’s normal… What if they’re not the real ones? Well no, they’re not the real ones, after all! Real people wouldn’t dress like that!”notably launched the actor. “Ah, no, sorry, but we’re the real ones, right!”the TF1 host then told him, to which Kad Merad responded: “Yes and I am the President of the Republic!” This sketch will finally conclude with the First Lady, dressed in sportswear with her hair tied up, who is doing the plank alongside Kad Merad and Camille Combal. “What about lookalikes, would they do that?” she said to Kad Merad. “OK, Ms. Macron, I believe you, it’s really you!”, replied the actor.
