For two weeks there was silence on Britney Spears (38) account – now the singer contacted her worried fans with three posts. First, she mentions in a video that a lot of people are worried about her: "A lot of people say a lot of different things about me. But I want you to know, I'm fine and I'm happier than ever in my life. "
However, this statement should not have reassured her fans for long. Shortly afterwards, the singer posted another picture of the kind that worries her followers so much: Britney, in a garden with a bleak look. Pictures of this kind – the garden, close-up face, the sad look and almost always a similar crop top – she posted over 30 times in the past four months. Most recently, she also posted one of her dance videos. Here, too, some frown. In the video, which seems to be cut out of context, it mainly revolves around its own axis.
Fans and supporters of the "FreeBritney" movement speculate in the comments about whether the repetitive images in particular should represent a cry for help. Some even believe that the singer is no longer alive. Others think she has a social media team fueling conspiracy theories on purpose to keep Spears in the media.
Since an urgent application in February 2008, the singer is incapacitated and her father Jamie is her guardian. Among other things, he manages the assets of his daughter, who is supposed to receive only a small amount of weekly pocket money for her circumstances. Spears wanted to take legal action in 2020, but her lawyer compared her state of mind to that of a coma patient.
