Britney Spears has spoken about her “weird life” being single after splitting from Sam Asghari. She is bored, but also free.
Britney Spears writes that she had a lot of time “to look back on all the good and bad.” She noticed that she wasn’t speaking to herself “so nicely.” She also concludes that she is “easily manipulated” and “wears her heart on her sleeve.”
“Honestly bored”
But now she is “definitely in the process of changing all that.” To do this, she needs to “take time to stop and look around, to re-evaluate myself,” she continues. In her single life, Britney Spears feels “honestly bored,” but she is also “afraid of a lot of things.”

Despite all the boredom and fear, Britney Spears states: “The way I live my life is up to me.” In her past, “so many people” interfered in her life. “But knowing that it’s okay to be selfish and enjoy my life is amazing,” she concludes. From 2008 to 2021, Spears was under her father’s conservatorship after a series of public outbursts.
The pop star then writes about childhood memories, inspired by the picture posted. How she visited nuns in a Catholic school with her mother. And how the light in her garden sometimes reminds her of the light she saw as a child in this school.
Britney Spears and Sam Asghari separated in August 2023 after six years of dating. The fitness trainer filed for divorce after just 14 months of marriage. It is said to be about to be finalized by mutual agreement, so there is unlikely to be a War of the Roses.
