Sisters’ War with Jamie Lynn just keeps getting weirder

The showdown in the nurses’ fight goes into the next round: Britney Spears has again verbally attacked Jamie Lynn Spears and throws wild insults at her head in heated messages.
Apparently, a lot of anger has built up in the Spears family over the years. The current Zoff between Britney Spears, 40, and her sister Jamie Lynn Spears, 30, seems to be just getting started. The “Toxic” singer reposted a shared, then deleted Instagram post on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, viciously attacking her sister.

“You selfish little brat!!!” So writes Britney in a five-page Instagram post. “To say how weird and stupid it was that I bought a house for mom!!! She was so proud and you told that interview girl it was just weird.” Britney refers to Jamie-Lynn’s TV interview in which the younger sister recounts the time Britney offered her mother Lynne Spears, 66, to buy her a house if she left her father Jamie Spears, 69 , divorced. Jamie Lynn indicated that she was confused by this.

Locked in the bedroom with a knife
During another part of the interview, Jamie Lynn reveals that she was even scared once when her big sister allegedly grabbed a knife and locked herself in the bedroom with her sister. “It was really scary. I think it’s important that I tell you that because I didn’t understand it – I was just a kid at the time.” Britney wrote in response to the knife incident: “Why do you have to devote 20 minutes to this topic? Oh, but you don’t want to talk about it any further because you don’t want to hurt any feelings. F… you Jamie Lynn !!!”
After a handbag attack: “She should have spanked you”
In another part of the interview, Jamie Lynn claims her mother hit her with a purse. The singer is defending her mother in the case, claiming Jamie Lynn is fucking hateful towards her and deserves a lot more than getting hit with a purse: “She should have spanked you,” Britney adds. In her heated post, the pop superstar opens up about the time she felt betrayed by her younger sister shortly after she split from Justin Timberlake, 40, in 2002. Britney claims Jamie Lynn dyed her hair like Christina Aguilera, 41, and wanted nothing more to do with her: “I flew home and Jamie Lynn was on the couch watching her TV shows while Justin and I were talking separated. I was just a ghost! I’ve worked all my life and I don’t seem to even know how to let our mother serve me. And she sits and gets her chocolate milkshakes served. Then she goes and lays down on a mattress in the pool. I’m in shock because my life has never been like this!! Justin’s family was all I knew for many years. You shut me out of your life when I needed you most!! In writing your book, that I wasn’t like your mother anymore… No, you hurt me.”
Britney’s attorney Mathew Rosengart has since sent a cease and desist letter to Jamie Lynn, urging the “Sweet Magnolias” actress to refrain from making “false or fabricated claims” that are “potentially unlawful and defamatory.” Jamie Lynn is currently promoting her memoir.
