According to the Minister of Ecological Transition, the number of reservations collapsed by almost 40% in the second quarter over a year. It stood at 16,201 between July and September and has been falling continuously for six quarters. The number of new homes put up for sale by developers follows the same trend, with an annual fall of 34.9%, 19371.
Difficulties in all professions in the sector
As a result, many professionals in the sector find themselves in difficulty, or even forced to close their doors.
