After bomb threats were received in seven Viennese schools on Wednesday, another school in the federal capital had to be evacuated on Thursday morning. The vocational school on Mollardgasse in Mariahilf was affected.
“After another bomb threat was received, the fire alarm was triggered and the school was evacuated,” police spokesman Markus Dittrich told the APA. The building will then be searched. “The students have been informed and will be taken outside. The search will then take place under the leadership of organs with knowledge of explosives and police dogs,” said the police spokesman. Only on Wednesday, bomb threats were received in seven Viennese schools in four districts in the west of the federal capital. All buildings were searched and no explosive devices were found.
