(CercleFinance.com) – Bureau Veritas publishes a turnover of 1457 ME for the 3rd quarter, up 17% compared to the same period a year earlier (including 8.7% organic).
The activity of each of the divisions posted positive organic growth, whether Marine & Offshore (+9.7%), Agrifood and Commodities (+9.6%), Industry (+10.6%), Building & Infrastructures (+11%), Certification (+6.6%) and Consumer Goods (+0.6%).
Based on year-to-date performance, significant growth opportunities related to its sustainability services and solutions offering, and excluding the annual impact of the Covid-19-related lockdowns in China, Bureau Veritas expects still for 2022:
• achieve mid-single-digit organic growth;
• improve the adjusted operating margin;
• to generate cash flows maintained at a high level, with a ducash conversion rate above 90%.
