Media Markt, Saturn and Amazon are in the starting blocks: all three have product pages for the S22 and S22 Plus, both of which will go on sale on March 11, 2022. You can only get three color variants of the S22 Ultra in Samsung’s own shop, namely Graphite, Sky Blue and Red. The smaller models are also only available from Samsung in the exclusive colors Graphite, Cream, Sky Blue and Violet. You can stutter off one of the new Galaxys with interest-free installments in three to 36 months. Samsung is currently offering a 50 percent discount on Samsung Care+, an insurance policy for accidental damage to the new Galaxy for EUR 74.50 (two-year insurance cover). Anyone who wants one of Samsung’s innovations with a contract will find what they are looking for at the providers. Because Telekom, Vodafone, O2 and 1&1 also put together interesting offers. At Telekom you can get the Galaxy Watch 4 (test score: 2.0) on top of the S22 Ultra for 1 euro, while the other models still have the Galaxy Buds Pro. At 1&1, each Galaxy S22 (normal, plus or ultra model) costs 0 euros if you order it as a bundle with at least the “All-Net-Flat LTE XS” tariff. In this case, the monthly costs are 10 euros in the first six months, after that between 59.99 euros and 79.99 euros. You only pay 1 euro for the S22 model at O2: In combination with the O2 Free M (20 GB, all-network flat rate), it costs 59.99 euros per month for two years. Vodafone has adjusted the one-time price of the S22 Ultra to EUR 49.90 (previously EUR 1). Both Vodafone and O2 continue to entice customers with a free Galaxy Buds Pro. But: According to the current status, the providers are also unable to deliver the S22 and S22 Plus in time for the official start of sales.

Samsung Galaxy S22: release and prices
While the Galaxy S22 Ultra has been available since February 25, 2022, the cheaper models S22 and S22 Plus will follow next Friday – that is, on March 11, 2022. As a reminder: For the S22 Ultra, the smallest version with 128 gigabytes ( GB) data storage for a whopping 1,249 euros. In comparison, the S22 is much more humane and is priced from 849 euros. The “compromise model” S22 Plus starts at 1,049 euros.
Predecessor check: The Galaxy S21 family is that good
If you don’t want to wait any longer or want to save money, or if you’re not completely convinced of the new Galaxy S22 series, you’ll definitely like the predecessors, which are still up-to-date.
