Microsoft released the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S in Germany and both devices are now readily available. Gone are the days of scalper madness and console hunting on these platforms.
While you can get the Xbox Series X at the regular price, you can find the smaller Xbox Series S significantly cheaper. The retailers usually undercut the RRP of 300 euros, so that you see prices of 250 to 275 euros from time to time.

At the beginning of 2023, several retailers are still offering the Xbox Series S below the suggested retail price. With a bit of luck, the console is also available for 230 to 260 euros.

Xbox All Access
However, you still have the option of buying an Xbox Series X or Series S in installments, the offer has been available online at Cyberport for a long time. At the beginning of 2023 it seems to be out of stock at the dealer.
However, Media Markt and Saturn also offer Xbox All Access in local markets. If there is a shop near you, pay it a visit – or call in advance to inquire about the possibilities. With Xbox All Access you pay 33 euros a month for two years for the Xbox Series X with Game Pass Ultimate.

Can’t find a console at the moment? Microsoft has confirmed that the company will produce new consoles as soon as possible. So patience is still required. Or you can get the cheaper alternative now.

Keep in mind that Microsoft could soon increase the prices of the Xbox Series X and Series S. This is indicated by Xbox boss Phil Spencer and he also hints when the time will come, and not at the end of 2022. He does not give a date, but it could happen at any moment in 2023.
