(CercleFinance.com) – The CAC40 ended down -0.1% to 7,543 points but set a new absolute record at 7,582 points (+1 point compared to 7,581 on April 24).
On the other hand, this makes a 3rd consecutive record for the CAC40 ‘GR’ which rose to 22,944, which seems to validate the erasure of the previous zenith of 22,700Pts of July 31… but within 1%, the scenario of ‘a double-top cannot be formally ruled out.
For the CAC40 it is a potential double-top in perfect ‘M’, with overbought levels seen more since mid-February.
Of course, for 2024, 8,000 Points is the minimum objective and the classic +10% would propel the CAC towards 8,330/8,350.
