(CercleFinance.com) – Cafom announces that it has concluded with Habitat Design International (HDI) amendments to the agreements relating to the Habitat brands, for which the group retained ownership after an exclusive operating license agreement with HDI, signed in 2020 for three years.
The amendments relate to the extension of the end date of the exercise of the purchase option for these brands, HDI having the possibility of acquiring the Habitat brands held by Cafom at any time until September 30, 2026, at the price initially agreed to 12 million euros.
They also relate to the continuation of the exclusive license contract, with remuneration, as of October 1, 2023. In the event of acquisition of the Habitat brands by HDI during the fiscal year, the royalty will remain due to Cafom for the year whole.
