With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 due to arrive in just under three months, as of this writing, communication around the title is intensifying. Recently, we learned that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer will be revealed in September, during the Call of Duty: Next showcase. However, in the meantime, players can already enjoy a preview of one of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 maps.
Indeed, recently a short video presenting the Farm 18 map was shared on the official Call of Duty Twitter account. With comments from Geoff Smith, the “multiplayer design director” of the Infinity Ward studio, this new visual communication allows us to learn that the Farm 18 map is inspired by the Shoot House map and will thus offer a very industrial environment. The hangar placed in the center of the map should be the heart of intense combat between players.

Moreover, according to the latest information shared, the Farm 18 map will be available during the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 beta which will take place, as a reminder, in September.
