During this period of confinement, habits change. While some have decided not to wash their hair for several days, others take advantage of not having to go outside to let their skin breathe and stop applying makeup. This is the case of the actress and singer Camille Lou who therefore decided to no longer put foundation or eyeshadow since the start of containment. While she regularly posts natural pictures of her on her Instagram account, the young woman made a statement to her followers on Wednesday April 1.

"No makeup. No filter. No longer want to feel pretty. Anyway no longer the urge to need a filter or a layer of makeup to feel like that. I want life as it is", first wrote the interpreter of Alice de Jeansin in The Bazaar of charity. She then explained that this decision was not in any way a sign of lower morale: "To all those who see something sad, or depressing, you have not understood the meaning of this message. This is absolutely not the case. It’s an awareness that would relieve more than one. I learn life!", at Camille Lou writes, before concluding : "And I hope we all learn something about us. Happiness is more than a smile or a laugh."Her post was popular with fans who found her beautiful. "Sublime natural anyway", "you're so beautiful without filter or makeup", could one thus read in comments of its publication.
