Candice (Star Academy) demoralized: “I have the impression that they want to make me leave”

A massive blow for Candice. Once again, the candidate of star Academy failed to convince the faculty. Just like Djebril, the 20-year-old young woman has once again found on the bench of nominees. In a new issue of the daily, an extract of which was relayed on X (formerly Twitter, editor’s note) this Thursday, December 28, Julien’s friend expressed his anger facing Cécile Chaduteau: “Everything annoys me, everything frustrates me, I’m jealous of everything! I envy everything about others, even though it’s not even their fault, they can’t do anything about it. But everything just annoys me!“, she confessed to her stage expression teacher. A feeling that the latter tried to understand: “Compared to what ? (…) Is it unfair to be named? Is it misunderstanding because you think you are doing everything you can?“, asked the one who does not hesitate to push the students to star Academy in their entrenchments.

“I feel like they’re trying to make me leave because it’s so redundant. I get nominated so much all the time as I try and I don’t even know how to try anymore. I don’t know what to do anymore to make you feel like it’s working“, confided, disillusioned, Candice. Cécile Chaduteau then wanted to encourage her not to give up: “We do things for ourselves, don’t do them for us“, she suggested, before adding: “You’re progressing, they’re not too strong, they’re different. There is a ranking, that’s the game. You have to fight. You have to have confidence in yourself.”

While the competition is in full swing with only seven candidates remaining, the stakes are getting higher and higher to win the coveted title. And if the pressure is palpable, the students have never felt so comfortable at the castle.
