For the past few days, you have been able to discover your musical retrospective of the year on Spotify.

If you missed the notification, don’t panic, there is a very simple way to make your Spotify Wrapped reappear.

What is Spotify Wrapped?

It has been a tradition for a few years now, as Christmas approaches, Spotify is putting its Wrapped retrospective online. The music streaming platform thus allows its subscribers to discover a musical retrospective of their year through a succession of animations as colorful as they are detailed.

Obviously, the Spotify Wrapped retrospective is intended to be shared on social networks, and allows everyone to (re)discover their musical trends of the year, sometimes with a few surprises in store. Only then, it is possible that you have missed out on your musical retrospective. Do not panic.

How to Access Spotify Wrapped

First of all, to hope to discover your personalized Spotify Wrapped retrospective, it is of course necessary to open your Spotify application. Here, the subscriber receives a full-screen notification, telling them that their retrospective is available, the latter being split into various segments, like an Instagram Story. However, deployment may not be immediate.

Fortunately, Spotify Wrapped can be forced to appear by going directly to spotify.com/wrapped. This will automatically open the Spotify app, and play the desired animation. For the record, Spotify Wrapped is only available through the mobile application.

You will then be able to see which categories of music you preferred this year 2022, but also benefit from a personalized playlist, integrating your 100 favorite songs. The system also takes care of detailing your listening personality, and comparing your results to all Spotify subscribers.

Despite a few minor flaws (including sound quality that is about to be improved to better meet new market standards), Spotify remains a reference in the field of music streaming, and users are not mistaken: with more than 200 million regular users worldwide, it is quite simply the most popular service today. Thanks to a total customization of its service, numerous possible options for subscribing (or the possibility of enjoying it for free), a simple and effective interface, Spotify is undoubtedly here to last and to impose itself for many more years as a leader.
