The group performs its 6

block operation since the beginning of the year with the resale of 31 of the 42 housing units to IN’LI. This operation also includes housing sold in BRS (real solidarity lease), a new marketing tool to make customers more solvent during this period of rising credit costs.

The essential interest of this real estate complex lies in the diversity of its housing, and the fact that it illustrates the perfect collaboration between several actors strongly invested in social integration in the territories.
