(Boursier.com) — As part of their partnership, Sogeprom and Capelli co-develop the residence ‘Le Clos des Baz’ located in the heart of the town of Sallanches (Haute-Savoie). The construction of this residential complex, made up of 52 housing units, is secured by a block sale to Dynacité Office Public de l’Habitat de l’Ain.
This contemporary residence occupies a plot of 3,800 m2 and includes 16 social rental housing units (LLS) and 36 intermediate housing units with regulated rents below the market price (LLI), allowing middle-class employees and young workers to access housing via attractive rents. The 52 housing units (T1 to T4) in this program are spread over 2 5-storey buildings perfectly integrated into their immediate natural environment.
