Was the recent car photo of Princess Kate and Prince William on Commonwealth Day also manipulated? The photographer commented.

After the fuss about the re-edited Mother’s Day photo of Princess Kate (42) and her three children, rumors arose a few days ago that the most recent picture of Kate and Prince William (41) was tampered with in a car on Commonwealth Day (March 11). The two were photographed in the back of a car on Monday as William was on his way to church. Now the photographer has spoken out and makes it clear: “We don’t change our photos.”

Photographer about person next to William: “It turned out to be Catherine”

In an interview with the “New York Post” he explained, that he and his partner had been hired by a news agency to take a photo of Prince William on the way to Westminster Abbey. “The cars left Windsor Castle and I photographed them a short distance away on Datchet High Street – in front of number 39 to be exact,” the photographer said. Car photography is usually difficult to plan and the reflections on the window glass can make it “difficult”.

He snapped the photos and then checked to see if he had caught William in the back seat. By chance he then noticed someone sitting next to him. “It turned out to be Catherine,” the man said.

He denied many people’s assumption that the silhouette of Kate’s face looking out the window had been retouched. “We don’t alter our photos in Photoshop except to adjust lighting conditions when necessary.”

Kate’s PR disaster

The photo had been questioned after Princess Kate publicly admitted a few days ago that the Instagram photo of her and her three children George (10), Charlotte (8) and Louis (5) on British Mother’s Day (March 10) was taken by has been processed for you. Instead of calming the public fury, Kate’s apology via X but the opposite. The PR disaster has left many doubting the credibility of the royals.
