On March 15, 2024, Cara Delevingne’s house in Los Angeles was ravaged by a gigantic fire. The supermodel was not at her home in the Studio City neighborhood, but two people – and Cara Delevingne’s cats – were at the house at the time of the fire, according to People. After fears her two cats had perished in the fire, Cara took to her Instagram to confirm that her white Persian cats were in fact saved by firefighters. “They are alive! Thanks to the firefighters” she confided on Instagram, in the caption of several photos of her animals.
The model, 35, heard the news while at The Kit Kat Club theater in London. She was photographed completely distraught, sitting in the back of a car with her mother, Pandora. She was not at her Los Angeles home at the time of the fire because she was playing Sally Bowles in Cabaretin London’s West End.
Cara Delevingne’s parents, Pandora and Charles, were queuing to enter the Kit Kat Theater before the show started when they were approached by TMZ. The journalist asked them: “Do you know what caused the fire?“, to which his father replied: “Electric“. Her mother added that her daughter was “devastated“.
