Now Carolin Kebekus (41) has to cope with the loss of her colleague Mirco Nontschew (1969-2021). The comedy star died unexpectedly in Berlin at the age of only 52. In an interview with the news agency spot on news, Kebekus reveals that she will remember the “RTL Saturday Night” star as one of “Germany’s greatest comedians”.

“Mirco leaves a ditch. Nobody can do what he could. He was just an exceptional talent and, on top of that, incredibly nice,” said Kebekus. For the first time she met the comedian on the RTL show “Frei Schnauze”. “I was 25 at the time and I was almost in awe of the ground,” she recalls. “Of course I already knew him from ‘RTL Saturday Night’ and my friends and I adored him.”
