(CercleFinance.com) – Cnova, the e-commerce subsidiary of the Casino food distribution group, announces the appointment of Maxime Dubarry as administrative and financial director (DAF), succeeding Luc Péligry, who is leaving the company for personal reasons.
Since joining Cnova in 2017, Maxime Dubarry has been successively Accounting Director, then Deputy CFO of Cdiscount. He also temporarily served as Cnova’s CFO between April and November 2021.
