(Boursier.com) — The Group Casino proceeded, on July 11,
– the cancellation of a nominal amount of 20.5 million euros from the 2023 issue and
– the cancellation of a nominal amount of €15.93 million of the Quatrim 2024 covered bond.
These cancellations were made following market buybacks.
The total nominal amount of the 2023 bond was thus reduced to 199 ME and the total nominal amount of the Quatrim 2024 covered bond was thus reduced to 750 ME.
Redemptions of the Quatrim 2024 covered bond were funded through the senior secured escrow account. As of July 11, 2022, the balance of the senior secure escrow account stood at €95.4 million.
