(CercleFinance.com) – The group finalized today the sale of GreenYellow to Ardian.
The proceeds of this sale for the Casino group, after deducting the reinvestment of 165 million euros (15% stake), amounted to 600 million euros.
The Group has received 250 million euros today (including 30 million euros paid into an escrow account which will be released subject to compliance with operational indicators), in addition to the pre-financing of 350 million euros concluded with Farallon Capital September 20, 2022.
