(CercleFinance.com) – Casino announces that it has bought back on the market a nominal amount of 67.05 million euros of the Quatrim 2024 covered bond. The bonds thus bought back will be canceled in the coming days.
The total nominal amount of the Quatrim 2024 covered bond will then be reduced to 652,775,000 euros. These redemptions were financed by the senior secure escrow account, an account whose balance was nil on 10 November.
