Cathy Hummels: This is how she thinks about the separation from Mats today

At the end of October, Cathy Hummels, 34, walked past the registry office where she married Mats Hummels, 34, in June 2015. Last fall she announced her separation from the professional soccer player after 14 years together. It goes without saying that the place where the two once swore eternal loyalty to each other brings back memories. “In places like this I remember the past,” she explains in an interview with “Bunte” and admits: “And of course there’s something sad about it, because we’re divorced now and I wanted to get married back then and then for “I always stay with Mats. That’s why it still hurts sometimes.”

But things turned out differently. She takes this with her as a lesson for her life: “You can’t plan things. Everything usually turns out differently than you think.” The nice thing, however, is that they still get along very well with each other and “that I think we pack everything from the past into loving memories.” She’s now going on dates again, but she hasn’t found the right person yet. “There is no new man at my side yet, but I continue to date, have conversations and let everything come to me,” she reveals. She is in no rush and is “very happy” with how “my life is going right now: I really enjoy working and have a wonderful son.” Besides, she believes, there is no point in “forcing certain things.”

Doc Caro: “Yes to love! Yes to you!”

Doc Caro, 41, made a name for herself as an emergency medicine physician through social media during the Covid-19 pandemic. Her fans gained insights into the doctor’s everyday life every day. Now she also shares a very private and significant event for Carola – her wedding. Because the author said “yes” to her husband for the second time.

The two chose a particularly romantic place for the beautiful event: Carola Holzner and her husband Jens Richter renewed their vows in the Maldives, “far away from everyone, all alone”. The 41-year-old shares personal photos of the ceremony on Instagram and writes a touching declaration of love for her partner. “You are my home, you are my heart. With you everything is twice as beautiful… Love is what doubles when you share it – we have many times over!” she writes under the post. Doc Caro also gives her fans a piece of wisdom: “Go out… live, love and above all: make something of it.”

Roman Gottschalk shares rare selfie with mom Thea from New York

While showmaster Thomas Gottschalk73, is preparing for his last “Wetten,dass..?” edition next Saturday, November 25th, enjoying his son Roman Gottschalk41, and Ex Thea Gottschalk, 77, their family time together in New York. This is shown in a rare mother-son selfie that the YouTube golfer published in his Instagram story. Accordingly have novel and Thea dined at the upscale sushi restaurant Tokugawa on Madison Avenue in Manhattan.

And there was even more family time in the Big Apple! Another post on Instagram shows Roman with his wife Melissa Gottschalk and his brother Tristan and his wife Alexa, whom he married in May. Melissa reveals: “I have Roman with a reservation at @swingersus [einer US-Golfclub-Kette] surprised. Roman blames his jet lag for not being able to fully concentrate, but I took second place in the mini golf championship!” It is not known whether mother Thea was also there for this little adventure. While Tristan and Alexa are in New York, Thea lives in Malibu – a three-hour drive away from Roman’s family, who have settled in San Diego.
