Cat’s Eyes on TF1: an important character appears for the first time in a new set photo!

Quentin Chapuis has officially returned to service, as evidenced by a photo shared yesterday by the singer and actor MB14, the interpreter of the famous police captain, and price on the set of the sequel to “Cat’s Eyes”.

In recent weeks, little information has filtered out about the filming of Cat’s Eyes, which has been underway in Paris and the Paris region since October 19.

Some rare photos to put in your mouth

A teasing of the future event series from TF1 and Amazon Prime Video is, nevertheless, skillfully orchestrated via several photos distilled here and there.

Last November, it was Camille Lou who shared a first photo on social networks, in which we see the actress climbing the Eiffel Tower.

The same month, this time it was a group photo of the three main actresses, Constance Labbé, Camille Lou and Claire Romain, which was posted online. Above, all three are standing, side by side, in costume, on the roofs of Paris and facing the Eiffel Tower.

“Quentin Chapuis on the roofs”

Yesterday, Monday January 22, it was MB14, aka Mohamed Belkhir, revealed in the fifth season of the telecrochet The Voice (TF1) in 2016, and since seen in the film Ténor (2022) with Michèle Laroque, who, in turn, expressed her joy at participating in the filming of Cat’s Eyes on social networks.

“Quentin Chapuis on the roofs”simply commented the singer in the caption of the unpublished photo he published, on which the actor appears smiling, on the phone, on the roofs of Paris, at night.

During this moment visibly captured spontaneously between the filming of two scenes, MB14 dons a brown jacket, navy blue jeans, sneakers and a police armband. And for good reason: in Cat’s eyesthe actor will play Quentin Chapuis, the police captain responsible for investigating the thefts committed by the three sisters played by Constance Labbé, Camille Lou and Claire Romain, as well as arresting them… without suspecting that one of them they are his great lifelong love.

Three sisters who own a café by day and thieves by night

Adapted from the cult Japanese manga and anime from the 1980s, Cat’s Eyes originally tells the story of three sisters, Tamara, Alexia and Sylia, who run a café together. At least during the day.

Because at night, they become formidable thieves who seek to recover the works that belonged to their father, a German artist who disappeared without a trace during the Second World War. Tamara, Alexia and Sylia hope that by bringing together his entire collection, they will be able to find him.

In this sequel live action imagined for TF1 and Amazon Prime Video, and which should probably be broadcast in the fall of 2024, the Chamade sisters meet again, after several years apart from each other. At the same time, a work by their father which had disappeared under strange circumstances reappears, which encourages the three thieves to team up again.
